Depending on your interaction with NCTR, information may include contact details; household and child information needed for family assistance; volunteer profiles, positions, shifts, and attendance; sponsor and vendor business and participation details; transaction details handled by payment/storefront providers; and email or text communication preferences.

We use information to process assistance registrations, coordinate volunteers and event participation, communicate about programs, process sponsor and vendor applications, provide donation and merchandise services, maintain organizational records, and improve outreach.

Registration, volunteer management, donations, merchandise, email, and text messaging may be provided through third-party platforms. Those providers have their own privacy policies and data practices.

NCTR does not sell personal information to advertisers or other third parties.

Information about children is collected only when necessary for programs such as family assistance and is used to provide those services and manage the program.

NCTR takes reasonable steps to protect information and limits access to people who need it for NCTR-related duties.
